Greek Style Dressing

Greek style vinaigrette that will liven up the perfect salad. Also makes for a great marinade for Chicken Breast or Pork Tenderloin

  • 1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil Substitution: Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • sea salt & pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl or a salad dressing bottle and whisk or shake to combine.


I like using grapeseed oil in my salad dressings instead of olive oil because unlike olive oil grapeseed oil does not solidify in the fridge in between uses.
