Greek Salad Dressing

Greek Salad Dressing

I started making some of my own salad dressings a couple years ago. Dressings are simple to make, only take a couple minutes.

This homemade Greek Salad dressing is perfect for dressing a classic Greek salad, my Mediterranean Chickpea salad uses this dressing, and it also makes for a great marinade. This dressing is great to use to marinade a Pork tenderloin or Chicken breast to grill in the summer.

I really enjoy having my homemade dressings on hand however I hated when I went into the fridge to get my dressings and found they were solidified. This was due to using the typical Olive oil. I learned however that Grapeseed oil does not solidify in the fridge and it has similar health values as Olive oil. So Grapeseed oil is now my go to oil for making salad dressings.

I like using grapeseed oil in my salad dressings instead of olive oil because unlike olive oil grapeseed oil does not solidify in the fridge in between uses.
